So much is going on with Stacey Stufflebeam Yoga right now! That I don’t know where to start, so here goes:⁠ 🥂This Sunday, I’m teaching an IN-PERSON class at my home studio before I move. Before I move out of The Loft in downtown Edwardsville, I want to celebrate because that’s where this all began.⁠ ⁠ Join me at The Loft (you won’t find it with a google search, but I’ll send you the directions after you register) for one last yoga class there. After we “om shanti, shanti, shanti,” we’ll each grab a glass of our favorite bubbly drink (dry, sweet, or non-alcoholic) to celebrate how far we’ve all come since the pandemic.⁠ ⁠ Advanced registration is required so sign up with the link in my bio to save your spot. ⁠ ⁠ 🧘 Next week, I’ll be teaching from my new at-home-yoga-studio but in the meantime, practice with me “in” the Caribbean with today’s suggested on-demand class.⁠ ⁠ 🌵 Speaking of the Caribbean, due to popular demand, we’re going back to Bonaire next February 2-8 for our Find Your Bliss yoga retreat. Spots have already been reserved by people who went earlier this year, but starting Sunday, if you’re a member, you can book your room, too!⁠ ⁠ If you’re not a member, join now. Not only will you get all the normal benefits like feeling better on-demand from wherever you are, but you’ll also save $25 on the Loft Celebration class AND get to ensure you get your preferred room at the Find Your Bliss yoga retreat because you get to sign up a week earlier. If you're waiting to start yoga because you're not flexible enough, how are you ever going to become more flexible?⁠

I love it when "unflexible" people finally come to my classes because they are the people who notice their progress the quickest!⁠
⁠
Seriously, if you show up, I can help you become more flexible. ⁠
⁠
But even better than that, I can help you feel more comfortable in your body, get rid of the tightness that builds up in your legs and hips from sitting down so much, help your back find some relief, and maybe, just maybe, get you to touch your toes! 😊⁠

And you know what's even better than that?⁠
⁠
The membership has tons of classes designed for exactly this reason so it's really easy to make progress. ⁠
⁠
And most of them are quick so you can show up even on your busy days.⁠
⁠
