This is one of my favorite classes! I love it because I can always feel it the next day!⁠

If you are also ready to get stronger, this class is for you!⁠
⁠
In Plank for Strength, you will move through a bunch of different versions of plank and get stronger. ⁠
⁠
Your arms will get a workout. ⁠
Your wrists and hands will get stronger. ⁠
But your core, that’s where you’ll focus! ⁠
⁠
Focusing on alignment, tucking the tailbone in, pulling in the low belly, shortening the space between the bottom of your ribcage and the top of your pelvis, lengthening the neck, gazing forward, engaging your thighs, and pushing through the bottoms of your feet—you’ll do it all. ⁠
⁠
You may wobble, you might shake, and you’ll probably sweat but you’ll definitely get stronger in the quick class.⁠
⁠
That’s why this 16-minute class is on almost every suggested monthly calendar AND has been done more often than nearly any other class.⁠

This is one of my favorite classes! Let me tell you about one of the most memorable parts of the retreat: the catamaran excursion. ⁠
⁠
Last time, some people were a little nervous about heading out on the boat, but once they got onboard, they realized just how big it was and how many shady spots they could find. ⁠
⁠
And once they jumped into the crystal-clear waters, all their worries floated away. Many had never snorkeled before, but Bonaire's waters are truly special! ⁠
⁠
Guess what happened? ⁠
⁠
🐢 They were treated to an unforgettable, close-up encounter with sea turtles! ⁠
⁠
Now I can’t guarantee it will happen again but every time I have been to Bonaire (closing in on 10 times) I have always been able to swim with at least one. ⁠
