I love it when "unflexible" people finally come to my classes because they are the people who notice their progress the quickest!⁠

Seriously, if you show up, I can help you become more flexible. ⁠

But even better than that, I can help you feel more comfortable in your body, get rid of the tightness that builds up in your legs and hips from sitting down so much, help your back find some relief, and maybe, just maybe, get you to touch your toes! 😊⁠

As humans, I know we can put our well-being at the bottom of our priority lists, but why? ⁠
⁠
We know that even just 10 minutes on our mats helps us feel better and yet sometimes we put it off anyway.⁠
⁠
Why?⁠
⁠
Think about the last time you got back on your mat after a hiatus:⁠
⁠
⭐️ What inspired or motivated you to get back on your mat? ⁠
⭐️ How did it feel physically and mentally? ⁠
⭐️ And, what inspired you to start again?⁠
⁠
Acknowledge any insights or aha moments that surfaced during your practice and consider how you can incorporate more moments of mindfulness into your routine going forward. ⁠
⁠
The membership is designed to make it easy to hop on your yoga mat even when time is tight or motivation is low. ⁠
⁠
Most of the on-demand classes are about 20 minutes long. If you’re not a member yet, start today with the link in my bio. ⁠
