The Stacey Stufflebeam Yoga membership was created to help you feel better!

This is your place to show up for yourself — the place to create that feeling of “better” whenever you need it.

No matter where you are in the world, we can practice together in this calm, safe virtual yoga space. 

Push yourself as much (or as little) as you need each time you tune in or press play. These classes are designed with you in mind. With consistent practice, you will get stronger and more flexible, both mentally and physically, as we flow through poses to increase strength, flexibility, and equanimity. 

When we feel better, we do better. 

When we feel better, those around us feel better too.

About Stacey Stufflebeam, RYT 500, E-RYT 200, YACEP:

I found yoga when I felt like I just wasn’t “enough” even though nothing was actually wrong. Other people probably thought I had a great life but I kept wondering if there was more to it.

Then I heard about yoga so apprehensively I decided to give it a try. And I loved it. The next day I felt so much better mentally and I could tell I was getting stronger. I was hooked! 

Over 16 years ago I realized I needed to share this awesome thing called yoga. My passion is teaching self-affirming vinyasa classes. And twists. I love twists! Giving you space to create that feeling of “better” in yourself will always be my greatest goal as a yoga teacher. 

After teaching 2,500+ in-person classes, now I get to share my love of yoga beyond my local community. I can share it with the world. With you! So we can all feel a little better. Together.

I came to yoga as a new mom over 20 years ago to practice self-care and find balance and perspective. After many years of long-distance running, I am grateful that my yoga practice has kept me pain and injury free.

I LOVE so many things about teaching yoga! I love how it impacts the whole self: mind, body, and spirit. I love helping students calm their minds and find peace in the moment. I also love helping them discover strength and flexibility in their bodies and learn the pose that is right for their individual bodies. 

I look forward to sharing my love of yoga with you.

We all come to yoga for our own individual reasons but we all come back for the same reason: to feel better.

And that’s where we come together.
