🍂 As September comes to a close, I hope you’ve felt the power of our intention: I am worthy of good things.⁠

Whether you joined class, paused for a mindful breath, or simply reminded yourself of your own value, you’ve practiced worthiness. ⁠

And that’s something to celebrate. ⁠
⁠
This month reminded me, too, that we are worthy just as we are. Even when life feels heavy, this practice helps us let go of doubt and savor the present moment. 💛⁠
