I’m so excited to share our fresh intention for September: I am worthy of good things. If that feels scary, you’re not alone because this one can feel big.
It’s easy to get caught up in the day-to-day, putting everyone else’s needs first, or feeling like you have to “earn” your rest, joy, or even a little peace. But the truth is, you don’t have to do anything special to deserve goodness in your life. You are already worthy – just as you are, right now.
Maybe you’ve noticed a little voice that questions if you’re “enough” or if you truly deserve to feel good. I’ve heard that voice, too. But every time you show up for yourself (whether it’s taking a deep breath, rolling out your mat, or saying no to something that drains you), you’re reminding yourself: I am worthy of good things.
This month, let’s practice receiving.
That might mean accepting a compliment, letting yourself rest without guilt, or simply noticing the small joys that come your way. Every act of kindness you offer yourself is proof that you’re worthy of feeling better, inside and out.
If you need a little support, join us in the membership. Because it’s online, it’s always here to help you reconnect with your worthiness and fill your cup, no matter how full your days are.
Journal Prompt for the Week:
What is one good thing you can allow yourself to receive this week?
Let’s keep reminding ourselves, friend: You are worthy of goodness, rest, joy, and love today and every day.
P.S. If you want a gentle nudge to believe in your own worthiness, try today’s suggested on-demand class. It’s even called Good Things. This practice is designed to help you feel better because you deserve it.
