This featured class is simple, grounding, and perfect for late summer. All you need is a spot outside, like your backyard or a quiet spot in a park.

Here’s how it works:

  • Find a comfortable place outdoors to lie down.
  • Pop in your headphones.
  • Close your eyes as you relax and feel the support of the ground beneath you.
  • And 7 minutes later, you will feel more content and connected.

Sometimes, the simplest practices are the most powerful. When life feels busy or uncertain, a few mindful minutes outside can bring you back to yourself.

You don’t need anything fancy, just a willingness to pause and breathe in the world around you.
