This month’s intention, I can do hard things, is a powerful reminder of your inner strength, which we’ve been highlighting in each of our Live Feel Better Yoga Flow classes this month. But even strong minds and bodies need moments of stillness, too. That’s where A Meditation for Calm Resilience comes in.

This new practice helps you find steadiness in the face of challenge. It’s not about pushing harder; it’s about grounding deeper, breathing through difficulty, and remembering that calm is a kind of strength too.

Even if you did this one at the beginning of the month, give it another listen. Each time you do, you reinforce your resilience and remind yourself that you really can do hard things with grace and calm.
