Have you ever asked someone else what you should do when, deep down, you already knew the answer? (It’s that question of: What do you know that you already know?)
I have.
Sometimes it’s easier to look outside ourselves for reassurance. We ask a friend, search for another opinion, make another pros and cons list. And sometimes that’s exactly what we need.
But sometimes, underneath all of that searching, there’s a quiet knowing that’s been there all along.
I’ve learned that self-trust often sounds less like a loud, confident voice and more like a quiet, this is what feels right for me.

That doesn’t mean we’ll always make the perfect choice. It means we’re willing to listen to ourselves and trust that we can handle what comes next.
Journal prompt
Where in my life do I already know the answer, even if I’m looking outside myself for reassurance?
Take a few quiet minutes and see what comes up.
Then practice listening to that voice this week.
Your yoga practice can be a great place to practice this. Instead of asking what your pose should look like, pause and ask, what does my body need right now?
P.S. The membership is a great place to practice trusting yourself by using the filters (duration, focus, or style) to find the perfect class for you today.
