Fall Reset

Time for a Fall Reset?

There’s something magical about the first crisp mornings and golden leaves of Fall, and I know they’re on the way. The air feels fresh, routines are starting to settle in, and it’s the perfect time to reset or return to your yoga practice, especially if summer felt a little too busy or scattered.

Maybe you’ve been away from your mat for a while, or perhaps you’re craving a gentle shift as the seasons change. Whatever your reason, Fall invites you to slow down, reflect, and care for yourself in new ways. Just like the trees let go of what they no longer need, you can release old habits or doubts and make space for what nourishes you. Think of it as your Fall Reset.

It can be easy to doubt your own worthiness when life gets hectic or you’re starting something new (or coming back after a break). Each time you show up for yourself (however big or small), you are reminding yourself that you deserve care, joy, and all the good things this season brings.

Journal Prompt for the Week:

What is one way I can remind myself that I am worthy of good things this Fall? How might returning to my yoga practice help me believe it?
