Growing Through Change

Spring is (finally) here, but if you’ve stepped outside lately, you know the weather has been a true rollercoaster. Last week, the daffodils were blooming in the sunshine before they were flattened by freezing temperatures. They looked so sad, but then something I didn’t expect happened: they perked back up as soon as it warmed up again. They are literally growing through change. Talk about resiliency!

They reminded me that growth isn’t always in a straight line. Sometimes we bloom, wilt, and bloom again all in the same week!

Grow and Change to Evolve

That’s the spirit of our March intention: I am growing, changing, and evolving. Just like those daffodils, you’re allowed to have ups and downs. Growth doesn’t mean you never get knocked down. It means you keep coming back, again and again, with patience and hope.

When the weather (or life) gets unpredictable, it can be easy to feel frustrated or off-balance. But every time you show up for yourself (whether it’s rolling out your mat for a quick class, pausing for a mindful breath, or pausing as you have that first sip of coffee), you’re nurturing your own resilience. You’re reminding yourself that it’s okay to bend without breaking, to rest and recover, and to keep reaching for the sun.

Journal Prompt:

Where in my life am I noticing signs of growth, even if things feel uncertain?

If you’re looking for support in your own process, the Membership offers flexible ways to practice, no matter what your schedule (or the weather!) brings. Both the live and on-demand classes are designed to help you feel better mentally, physically, and emotionally, even when life feels unpredictable.

You don’t have to bloom perfectly every day. Show up, and trust that you’re growing, changing, and evolving one day, one choice, one breath at a time.

See you soon!

P.S. Like the daffodils, you’re stronger than you think. Give yourself permission to grow through the change of every season, not just on the sunny days.
