Finding Peace in the Pause

Reflecting on This Month’s Intention and Finding Peace in the Pause

This month, we’ve been centering around the intention: I am exactly where I am supposed to be.

Whether you’ve whispered it during practice or carried it through your day, I hope it’s offered a sense of peace and presence.

Finding Peace in the Pause

Last week, I had one of those days. You know the kind: a packed to-do list with so many things I needed to get done. But I felt tired, I couldn’t focus, and my back was achy. I almost pushed through, but instead, I chose to pop in my headphones and get into my favorite pose (legs-up-the-wall) and meditate. I gave myself permission to pause. And afterward, my back felt better, and I felt more grounded and clearer.

That simple choice reminded me of our intention this month: I am exactly where I am supposed to be. Sometimes we think we need to be doing more, moving faster, ticking off every box, but maybe the most aligned place to be in that moment is simply still. And that’s enough.

I’d love to hear from you! How has focusing on this intention helped you this month?

Here’s a journal prompt to explore:
What has shifted in me when I trust that I’m exactly where I’m meant to be?

Take a few quiet moments to reflect.
