With a new month, comes our Monthly Live Guided Meditation class. Next Monday’s meditation is designed to help you begin the month calmly and peacefully.
Sign up for all the Live classes (including our monthly meditation and yin classes) and get them on your calendar today. When you register in advance, you get an email with the zoom link one hour before each class begins for an extra reminder.
Use the calendar to find your new favorite class as you flow through the month. It makes it easier for you to show up and feel better in the moment.
