Wow! July is flying by, which naturally brings me to this thought: We’re over halfway through this year! How amazing is that?? Ready to reclaim your goals?
Because being halfway through the year makes this the perfect time to think about your beginning of the year goals!

This is not a time to feel guilty.
This is a time to remember and a time for you to believe in yourself again.

Let’s use our intention to inspire some journal work. And, no worries if you don’t journal, just give yourself time to contemplate these three questions:
- What have I already done this week that makes me proud?
- What have I done this month that makes me proud?
- What have I done this year that makes me proud?
I’m sure you can think of at least one thing for each question.
Notice how good it makes you feel when you acknowledge that regardless of what has or hasn’t happened with any New Year’s resolutions you made, you have so much to be proud of yourself for today.
