I love (yoga) this time of year! This is when I like to sing “it’s the most wonderful time of the year.”
July is my favorite month of the year, and I hope you’re enjoying it as much as I am.
Yoga is Important This Time of the Year
With summer in full swing, your schedule might get a little weird – and that’s okay. But I am here to encourage you to get on your yoga mat.
That might look like a quick session squeezed in whenever you can or taking your mat with you when you’re on the road. (Last week, we had people tune in for live classes while traveling in Minnesota, Idaho, California, and South Dakota—and those are just the ones who told me they were practicing while traveling!)
Remember: no matter how you make it to your mat, you always feel better after your practice.
Practicing yoga regularly is so important, especially when life gets busy.
It helps you stay grounded, connected, and mindful. Plus, it’s a great way to take some time for yourself amidst the summer chaos.
Our intention for this month is: I am proud of myself. Let’s embrace this idea and give ourselves the love and care we deserve – both on and off the mat.
