It’s so normal to lose track of your goals—not because you’ve let them go, but because life gets busy. When everything feels like a priority, nothing gets your full attention, so it helps to zoom in and get specific.

What is one habit, task, or goal I want to return to this week?

Whatever you choose – whether it’s joining the membership, making family dinner a priority, or something else – let it be enough.
