When you open our November calendar, first notice our new theme for the month.

I can do hard things.

Throughout the month you’ll practice classes designed to boost your self-confidence on your yoga mat, so you feel more confident in yourself and your decisions off the mat.

Self-Confidence

You’ll notice how it feels to trust yourself to keep going even when a class gets tough. When you give yourself the opportunity to challenge yourself on your mat by holding plank for one more breath, dropping into wild thing, or stepping back into balancing half-moon when you fall out, it makes it easier to feel confident when challenging situations arise in your life as well.

Here’s your November Yoga and Meditation Calendar to help you enjoy your life today so you can build your self-confidence, find peace in the present moment, and dream bigger every time you show up.

This month’s Live Guided Meditation has shifted back one hour. This month’s meditation is at 10:00 a.m. CT so you can attend Jill’s Live Feel Better Yoga Flow class at 8:30 and then meditate with Stacey afterward. Remember to sign up for both because they have different zoom links.

Use this month’s calendar to take the work out of picking which class to practice. It’s designed to make it easier for you to show up and feel better.

The more often you practice, the more you’ll notice that you trust yourself more. It makes it easier to fully show up for the rest of your life too.

How often will get on your mat in November?

Set an ambitious goal. Even if you don’t quite meet it, it will get you on your mat more often. That’s a win every time!
