I love our theme for December!

There is peace in this moment.

Throughout the month you’ll practice classes designed so you can find peace every time you practice. By giving yourself the opportunity to pause and notice the present moment in a deep twist or a strong pose, it makes it easier to find peace when challenging situations arise in your life as well.

Here’s your December Yoga and Meditation Calendar to help you trust yourself, find peace in the present moment, and dream bigger every time you show up.

Some changes to notice this month.

☀️ Jill’s Tuesday Morning Live class is moving back an hour. Show up every Tuesday at 9:30 a.m. CT to get stronger, increase your flexibility, and find peace in the present moment.

☀️ This month’s Live Guided Meditation is right before my Thursday Morning Feel Better Flow class. Remember to sign up for each class separately because they have different zoom links.

☀️ There are fun opportunities to practice with some of my favorite teachers this month.

    • Thursday morning the 15th with Jill
    • Thursday evening the 15th with Jill
    • Saturday morning the 17th with Kelsey

☀️ No class on Thursday, December 22 and Saturday, December 24. (Check the calendar for on-demand classes to practice instead.)

Use the calendar to take the work out of picking which class to practice. It’s designed to make it easier for you to show up and feel better.

The more often you practice, the more you’ll notice you trust yourself more and it makes it easier to fully show up for the rest of your life too.
