I hope you’re soaking up what’s left of the July sunshine! As you know, July is my favorite month, and it’s the perfect time to reconnect with our yoga practice.

With summer activities in full swing, letting our routines slip is easy. But I want to remind you why your yoga mat misses you.

Practicing yoga regularly helps us stay balanced, centered, and present, no matter how hectic life gets.

Your Yoga Mat Misses You

Even if your schedule is packed, carve out a few moments for yourself on the mat. Remember, this month’s intention is: I am proud of myself. Embrace this affirmation and give yourself the love and appreciation you deserve.

Let’s use our intention to inspire this week’s journal prompt. And, no worries if you don’t journal, just give yourself time to contemplate these three questions:

  • The first time I practiced yoga, what made me proud?
  • The last time I practiced yoga, what did I do that I was proud of?
  • The next time I practice yoga, how do I hope I will feel when I finish?

Throughout your yoga, you’ve had so much to be proud of, and you have so much to be proud of yourself for today, too.

This time of year, we notoriously put our wellness at the bottom of the list, but people inside the membership are still rocking it this month!

Most of our membership classes are short enough to sneak in even when you’re traveling. Many of the on-demand classes are under 20 minutes. You’re worth way more than 20 minutes of your time!
