As we close out 2025, let’s pause and truly settle into this month’s intention: There is peace in this moment. December often brings a rush of plans, memories, and emotions – sometimes all at once. It’s important to reflect on the peace you’ve had this month.

Right now, you have the chance to choose presence and notice the peace that’s always available, even in the midst of it all.

Think back on a time this month when you were truly able to live in the present moment. Maybe it was a quiet morning, a joyful celebration, or a moment of laughter. How did it feel? Whether that moment was joyful, contemplative, or even a little chaotic, notice if there was a sense of peace underneath it all.

That’s the heart of our intention this December.
