Failed But Still Proud

I failed. And I’m still proud of myself.

Last month I set a goal to practice every class on the suggested calendar inside the membership.

I did really well! 30 out of 31 days!

Was I perfect? No. ❌

But am I proud of myself? Yes. ✅

Was it more than if I hadn’t set that goal? Absolutely! 🎉

I practiced 35 membership classes in July but somehow missed one of my absolute favorites! Twists to Conquer Self-Doubt alluded me.

Want to practice it? Sign up here and I’ll send you the link so you can twist to conquer self-doubt today.

For this week’s journaling/contemplation prompt, use this:

Name three things that are going well in your life. Explain why they make you happy and what you did to create those situations/things/events.

When you show up for yourself, you feel better mentally and physically. And in the membership, you get to show up on your own schedule.

Not a member yet? Join here and start prioritizing yourself today. You’ll be so happy you did.

See you soon!

Peace and love,

Stacey

P.S. Practice one of my favorite classes today. (Use the sign up for above. It’s free.)

P.P.S. Remember, you can “fail” at something and still win.

Thanks for reading. I’m so glad you’re here.
