Because last week’s Yin Yoga class was so well-loved, we’re bringing it back! Show up on Sunday, February 19 at 10:30 a.m. CT (11:30 ET/9:30 MT/8:30 PT) for an amazing yin class designed to release that winter tension in your shoulders.
