Yin uses passive postures held for longer periods of time. You won’t get in as many poses (or as sweaty) as you do in our Feel Better Yoga Flow classes but you get a deeper opening in your connective tissues.
Please bring your yoga blocks and blankets and join us for a calm and quiet class that will lengthen your body and leave you feeling rested and spacious.
