Ready to feel fantastic? I’m so excited to share our featured on-demand class today: Twists to Feel Fantastic. This 20-minute practice is all about helping you release stress and reconnect with the intention, “I am worthy of good things.”

If you’ve been feeling a little tense or need to give your body and mind a reset, this is the class for you!

You’ll spend the whole time on your back, gently twisting and letting go of what you don’t need. By the end, your nervous system will be calmer, and you’ll feel more relaxed, steady, and ready for whatever comes next. It’s a simple but powerful way to remind yourself that you are absolutely worthy of feeling good, not just someday, but right now.
