Reflect on Growth & Set New Intentions to appreciate how far you’ve already come and be inspired by your journey ahead.
My birthday was recently, so I took some time to reflect on the past year and set new intentions for the future.Do you do this, too?
A big thing that came up for me was how incredibly thankful I am for the incredible community we’ve built together through our yoga practice. Whether you joined a live class, practiced on-demand, or came to one of our retreats, each moment has been a step towards feeling better mentally, physically, and emotionally.
For me, this time to reflect is a wonderful way to acknowledge growth and focus on new goals, but you don’t have to wait until it’s your birthday.
With this month’s newest meditation, you will feel grounded in gratitude so you can be inspired by the possibilities headed your way. Sticking with this theme, let’s journal to reflect on the good in your life and set intentions for where you want to go and who you want to be in a year.
Use these journal prompts to get started:
- What are three things I am grateful for that happened over the past year or so?
- What is one intention I want to set for the next 12 months or so?
