Can you believe we’re already halfway through the year?

That’s why July is such a beautiful time to pause, reflect, and recognize just how far you’ve come. It’s so easy to focus on what still needs to be done, but this month we’re shifting our attention to something just as important:

I am proud of myself.

Whether you’ve practiced yoga every week or only a handful of times this year, you’ve continued showing up for yourself in ways that matter. That is worth celebrating.

Your new July Suggested Class Calendar is now available and is filled with practices to help you build strength, find calm, and appreciate your journey – not because you’ve reached a finish line, but because you’re becoming the person you want to be one small step at a time.

Join us in the morning on the first of the month for our Live Monthly Meditation to explore this month’s new intention. It’s one of my favorite ways to start a new month, and I’d love to see you there. If you can’t make it live, you’ll be able to find it in the library later in the morning.

And before you head out for your Independence Day celebrations and fireworks this Saturday, come spend an hour moving, breathing, and celebrating together in our Weekend Feel Better Yoga Flow class as we mark 250 years of American independence.

Here’s to a month of honoring your progress, celebrating your strength, and remembering to say, “I am proud of myself.”
