September Yoga Challenge

Fall is a great time to tweak our schedules and get back on our mats more often. Create sustainable habits with our September Yoga Challenge.

No matter why you first started practicing yoga, we all come back for the same reason. Yoga helps us feel better. The more often you show up, the better you feel.

Helping you feel better is the main goal in every class in the membership.

Every time you get on your mat, it gets easier to show up the next time, you notice your progress quicker, and it gets easier to fully show up for the rest of your life too.

With that in mind, how often will you show up in September?

Set an ambitious goal. Even if you don’t quite meet it, it will get you on your mat more often. That’s a win every time!

Then think about setting your sights even higher, because we’re having a contest in September! I’m giving away prizes (think private sessions, swag, and more) to members who show up in September.

Here’s how you can win:

  • Practice the most total classes (use the September calendar for inspiration)
  • Practice the most on-demand classes (more 3/4ths are under 30 minutes)
  • Practice the most Live classes (15 Live classes this month)
  • AND one randomly selected participant.
