In this final week of October, let’s pause and reflect on our intention: I let go of doubt to welcome trust. I trust myself. This intention isn’t just for the mat. It’s for every moment you choose trust over doubt, even in the smallest ways.

The changing leaves and cooler air have been gentle reminders all month long that letting go is a natural part of growth.

Maybe you noticed moments when you doubted yourself but chose to show up anyway this month. Or perhaps you found trust by simply breathing through a challenging day. Or it was when you returned to your practice after some time off. No matter how big or small it seemed, you made space for trust to grow a little stronger.

Journal Prompt for the Week:

What is one way you let go of doubt this month? How does that make you feel today?

As November approaches, I encourage you to look back on the ways you’ve welcomed trust into your life. What did you learn about yourself? How did letting go of doubt feel in your body and mind? These reflections are powerful! They will help you carry our intention forward, not just as words, but as real, lived experience.
