Your May 2026 yoga calendar is here, and I’m so excited for what we have in store this month.
By popular demand, Meditation May is back! That means you’ll see meditations added to the calendar on Mondays and Fridays, giving you extra chances each week to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect.
Our May intention is:

I choose to be calm and at peace.
What a beautiful reminder that peace is always available to us, and every class this month is another opportunity to practice choosing it.
I’m attending a yoga and meditation retreat this month. Don’t worry, though, I’ve added two of your favorite archive classes to the calendar while I’m away, so you can keep showing up for yourself.
And since I’ll be gone, I thought it would be fun to turn May into a little challenge!
Here’s how it works:
Keep track of all the yoga and meditation classes you complete in May, and at the end of the month, we’ll have two winners:
- One winner will be the person who completes the most classes from the May calendar
- One random winner will be drawn from everyone who completes at least 4 classes in May
And the prizes? Some fun SSY swag + a private yoga class with me!
I can’t wait to see you join in. Whether you complete four classes or every class on the calendar, every time you show up for yourself is a win… and you might just win something extra, too!
