All month long, we’ve been finding courage in every step, working with our April intention: I am clever, courageous, and caring. This week, let’s shine a light on courage. Not as something loud or dramatic, but as the quiet strength you practice every day.
Courage, like the student who inspired me when she joined her very first live class, even though she told me she was nervous. She kept her camera off for several weeks, unsure if she was “doing it right” or if she was comfortable. But she kept showing up! Over time, her confidence grew, and now she practices with her camera on, sharing her presence and energy with our community. Her journey is a beautiful reminder that courage can be quiet, gentle, and built one small step at a time.

Our April calendar is filled with on-demand classes designed to support you, whether you need a boost of courage or a little extra self-care. If you’re craving connection, join us for live classes on Thursday and Saturday mornings. Each practice is a chance to honor your courage, whether your camera is on or off.
Journal Prompt:
Where can I show courage this week, even in a small way?
Remember, courage isn’t about never feeling fear or doubt. It’s about meeting those feelings with kindness and moving forward anyway. Every time you show up, you’re building confidence and resilience, one breath at a time.
P.S. Courage doesn’t always look like bold leaps or big risks. Sometimes it’s rolling out your mat when you’d rather stay in bed, asking for help when you feel vulnerable, or simply showing up for yourself on a tough day. Each time you move through discomfort, breathe into uncertainty, or try something new, you’re practicing courage.
April Intention: I am clever, courageous, and caring.
