Have you heard about our May Challenge? This is your chance to stay motivated, celebrate every time you show up for yourself, and maybe win some fun prizes along the way.

Here’s how it works:

  • Keep track of all the yoga and meditation classes you complete in May.
  • At the end of the month, two winners will be chosen:
    • One winner will be the person who completes the most classes from the May calendar.
    • One random winner will be drawn from among those who complete at least 4 classes in May.

The prizes? A bit of SSY swag and a private yoga class with me! Whether you complete four classes or every class on the calendar, every time you show up for yourself is a win. And, this month, you might just win something extra, too.
