Choose You With Our May Intention

As we come to the end of May, take some time to reflect on our May intention that invites you to pause and reflect: I choose to be calm and at peace.

I want you to notice the power of the word “choose”. Every day, you have moments (big and small) when you can choose how you respond to the world around you. Even when life feels busy or uncertain, you can choose to return to your breath, roll out your mat, and create a little more calm for yourself.

There are days when calm feels far away, and peace seems out of reach. That’s when this intention matters most. When you choose calm, you’re not pretending everything is perfect. You’re simply deciding to care for yourself in that moment. Each time you show up for a class, take a mindful breath, or offer yourself a gentle word, you’re practicing this choice.

It’s a practice, not perfection.

What does it look like for you to choose calm and peace this week?

Maybe it’s a moment when you can pause and make that choice, even if just for a breath. Because every time you choose to care for yourself, you are building confidence and resilience. You’re showing up for yourself, even on the hard days. That’s something worth celebrating.
