As we step into June, I’m excited to share our new intention: Great things are achieved through small things.
This time of year always reminds me that progress doesn’t come from giant leaps. It’s the little choices, the five extra minutes on the mat, the single deep breath, or the gentle reminder to be kind to yourself that truly add up.
Lately, I’ve noticed the summer flowers beginning to bloom in my front garden. They don’t burst open all at once. Instead, every day brings a new bud, a little more color, and a bit more beauty. Each flower is the result of many tiny moments: planting, sunlight, rain, and the quiet patience of growing inch by inch.

When life feels overwhelming, or your goals seem far off, remember: you don’t have to do it all at once. Each tiny step you take is a way of showing up for yourself. And that’s where real transformation happens, just like the garden slowly filling with blooms.
Journal Prompt
What is one small thing I can do this week to move toward something that matters to me?
Write it down. Then notice how even the smallest step can shift your day. Like a summer flower, you might be surprised by what blooms from your care, patience, and attention.
If you’re looking for ways to make small, positive changes, the On-Demand Library is always available. You’ll find short classes, guided meditations, and supportive practices you can fit into your busy day. And if you crave a little community, our live classes on Thursday and Saturday mornings are a great way to connect and celebrate your progress, one small step at a time.
See you soon!
P.S. Every moment of growth starts with one small act of care. Whether it’s rolling out your mat even when you’re tired, pausing for a stretch between meetings, or simply noticing your breath, these small things build into something wonderful over time… just like a garden full of summer blooms.
