As September ends, I hope you’ve felt the power of our intention: I am worthy of good things. Whether you made it to class, paused for a mindful moment, or simply reminded yourself of your own value, I’m happy for you, and I’m also grateful you’re here.
I took two weeks off this month, and whenever I worried about the membership, I reminded myself of our intention and that we are worthy of good things, just as we are. I’m not going to say that it wasn’t hard, but it did help me let go of doubt and savor the present moment (even when I was really sad) while I was away from “the office.” I hope it has helped you this month, too!
As the days get a little shorter and the air a little crisper, I want you to know, right now and always, you are worthy of the good things life has to offer. Not because of what you’ve accomplished, but simply because you are you.
This week’s journal prompt:
What is one good thing (big or small) that you received or noticed this month? How did it feel to remind yourself: I am worthy of good things?
That’s what this practice is all about. Each time you do, you’re affirming your worthiness. And every time you choose kindness toward yourself, you’re planting seeds for even more good to come your way.
If you ever catch yourself doubting your worth, remember: you are not alone. Our Live and On-Demand Classes are here to help you reconnect with your inner strength and self-love. These classes are designed to fit your schedule and help you feel better mentally, physically, and emotionally because you deserve that support.
See you soon!
P.S. Thank you for being part of this community. Your presence is a gift, and I hope you carry this month’s intention with you into October and beyond.
