With the arrival of June, can you feel the shift? The longer days, warmer breezes, or a sense of new beginnings? Summer is officially on its way, and it’s the perfect time to set a fresh intention and gently adjust our routines.

Sometimes, the idea of big changes or lofty goals can feel overwhelming. But real progress is made one tiny step at a time. Whether you’re rolling out your mat for five minutes or trying a new pose, every effort counts.

Even on days when motivation is low, showing up for yourself (just as you are) moves you forward.

Your June class calendar is ready! You’ll find a mix of live and on-demand options designed to fit your summer schedule so you can keep practicing, even when life gets busy.

Live classes continue every Thursday and Saturday at 9:30 a.m. US Central. And if you ever need flexibility, our On-Demand Library gives you access to a library of classes you can take anytime, anywhere.

Whether you’re joining live, practicing on your own, or simply pausing for a mindful moment, remember: every step matters. I’m so grateful to share this journey with you.

As we step into summer, notice the little ways you care for yourself. Maybe it’s a short morning stretch, a mindful breath before bed, or simply pausing to appreciate the sunlight on your skin. These small moments add up and create lasting change.
