There is a free class to celebrate Earth Day on Saturday, April 22nd at 9:30 a.m. U.S. Central Time.
Sign up for all the Live classes (including our monthly meditation on yin class) and get them on your calendar today. You always get an email with the zoom link one hour before each class begins for an extra reminder.
Use the calendar to find your new favorite class as you flow through the month. It makes it easier for you to show up and feel better in the moment.
