As July is usually a busy time for many people, I hope you’re finding a little time to slow down and breathe. If you’re looking for a gentle reset, let’s talk about Yin Yoga.
Yin yoga is all about slowing down, tuning in, and giving your body the space to open and release. If you’ve been feeling stuck in a pattern (either on or off your mat), changing up your practice can be just what you need to spark new energy and insight.
Whether you’re ready for a yin yoga class or popping in for a quick On-Demand class, try approaching your practice with fresh eyes this week. Maybe bring out a prop you haven’t used in a while, listen to a meditation before you roll up your mat, or simply notice how it feels to move at a different pace.
