Your April 2022 Yoga Calendar is here!
Put a little extra spring in your step this month by prioritizing your health and well-being.
Use this calendar to make it easier to feel better as often as you’d like. It takes the work out of picking which class to roll your mat out for next. Plus, you’ll finish all but 2 of the on-demand classes on this month’s calendar in under 30 minutes.
The first Sunday class is longer than the rest but it’s such a treat. You’ll luxuriate in 55 minutes of restorative yoga. Then on the last Sunday in April, you’ll finish feeling totally balanced with the only other class that is (barely) longer than 30 minutes.
Otherwise, all the on-demand classes are short so you can fit them into even the busiest of days.
You’ll get stronger physically with each asana (on-demand and Live) class this month. Thursdays and Saturdays are my favorite because we gather together (on zoom) for those Live classes.
Plus, every Monday your body gets a rest while you’ll work on mental fortitude with guided meditation classes.

You’ll build self-confidence both on and off your mat. And you’ll find peace in the present moment.
The more often you practice, the easier it gets to show up for the next class, the quicker you will notice progress, and the easier it gets to fully show up for the rest of your life too.
