Welcome Summer! This time of year, you get to savor the sunshine and savor your practice.
I know you can feel it! Summer has officially arrived! It’s the season of longer days and brighter mornings. And, yes, many of us are melting under a heat dome right now, but still I love how this season invites us to open up, soak in the sunshine, and discover joy in simple moments.
Lately, I’ve seen so many of you taking your practice outside, and it’s inspired me! Whether it’s a gentle stretch on my balcony or noticing the warmth on my skin during a quick meditation, I’m savoring it.
These small moments are a reminder that self-care doesn’t have to be complicated. It can be as simple as pausing to notice how the light feels, taking a deep breath, or moving your body in a way that feels good right now.
